A practical, no-fluff way to finally make mindfulness work for ADHD brains.
Includes 3x Introductory Mindfulness Sessions if purchased in October at no extra cost (Usually £90+ & Limited spots available).
This blueprint is designed for ADHD'ers who:
Have tried mindfulness before, but couldn't make it stick and are looking for that consistency.
Are on waiting lists and need something supportive now as they're yet to find the one for them.
Use medication, but want a natural, sustainable tool alongside, incase they ever lose access to their meds.
Have read the social-media posts, downloaded the apps like Headspace etc but it's lacked the personal touch and are seeking accountability.
Don't have hours each day to meditate and are trying to find those micro, repeatable practices.
Haven't tried mindfulness yet because they think it's only for floating buddhist monks.
❌Not for people who aren't willing to invest in themselves & are closed off to a different approach.
❌Those who tell themselves that they must see instant results in order for something to be valuable.
Hayley wanted to give the blueprint a try after spending a bit of time out of work and working with a few professionals who don't understand how hard it can be for people with ADHD to actually just sit still with their own mind and do nothing.
After trying out the Blueprint, Hayley shared:
"I really liked the short and easy mini snacks sized moments. I have been finding them very useful for in the moment fight or flight feelings. So your mini break prompts have been helpful for me this past week."
All in all I found this to be very helpful and will be diving more and more into it and will be adding more of your suggestions to my daily routines."

October = ADHD Awareness Month which means you're about to see endless advice and posts.
Instead of more theory, this is a practical, proven blueprint you can start using immediately.
Most mindfulness advice is built for people who can already sit still, focus, and follow long routines.
This isn't that.
This is mindfulness adapted for ADHD brains: short, flexible, micro-practices you can dip in and out of whenever you need.

I've discovered lots about myself through practicing longer meditations however since creating my business, working multiple jobs, being a touring artist and having a very active social life, I needed a selection of tools that were smaller and could weave into my current day to day.
I attach mindfulness to most of my established routines and the more I practice these, the more in control and present I feel when doing something that's outside of my comfort zone.
They're also great reminders that I can handle whatever life throws at me whenever negative thoughts or analysis paralysis try to talk me out of taking action.
This blueprint is a collection of all the mindfulness tools I've used since navigating a life post-ADHD diagnosis in 2022.
As a licensed Mindfulness Now practitioner, it's been enriched through my studies whilst ensuring it's projected through my ADHD lens.
Limited time: The live sessions are only available for purchases made in October.
Jacob asked if I had any Beta tester slots left as he's waiting to start his medication since his official ADHD diagnosis.
He shared that he's "Always struggled with mindfulness due to a lack of patience and a desire for quick results." and after testing out the first draft of the blueprint, he said:
"I think it's brilliant. It feels super compassionate while also being really practical, which is a rare combo. The little "snack-sized" practices are brilliant. Things like the 5-4-3-2-1 scan or mindful sip feel actually doable in day-to-day life and I really liked the reminder that forgetting or drifting off is normal – that takes away a lot of the pressure."

Imagine feeling calmer even on your busiest day.
What would change if you had a pause button in your pocket?
James shared that he was hoping mindfulness would give him a much needed rest as burnout and overwhelm was currently a massive problem for him whilst waiting for an official diagnosis.
He knew mindfulness was 'supposed to help although the traditional methods felt impossible.
After having a look at the blueprint, James said:
"I really like the 5 pillar framework, it does break everything down to a more manageable chunk without overwhelming. I was initially worried about my executive dysfunction, but its managed well. I think its biggest strength is its focus on micro-mindfulness and movement based practices and provides immediate tools instead of just theory or philosophical concepts. It was the little things that made the big impact."
